As I started to get older I'm trying to be healthier. I love great tasting hearty food. I can do without the extra fat and high carbs. The Nediterranean way of eating is so easy. It doesn't even feel like a diet. This cookbook is filled with one good recipe after another. 1000 recipes with tons of variety and they're all easy to prepare. This book is full of grammatical errors, ambiguous directions ( cut the pork loin into the tenders ) and recipes that are destined to fail…..for example, cooking chicken thighs on the stovetop for 5 minutes per side. Great, if you want raw chicken. There is no “about the author” information, nor does she appear to have any credentials. Obviously, there’s no proofreader on board either. Stop selling this book.
